Bilge Khagan
Bilge Khan ( Bilge Kagan ) ( Old Turkish: , Bilge qaγan ,毗 伽 可汗, Pinyin: píjiā Kehan , Wade- Giles: p'i -chia k'o - han, official title: Teŋіriteg Тeŋiride bolmuš Türük bilge qaγan; * 683 or 684, † 734 ) was a Khagan of the second eastern Empire the Göktürks. Deeds and life's work of Bilge Khan are written down in the Orhon inscriptions.
