Bindersee

The Bindersee is a lake in the south of Saxony -Anhalt. He is one of the Mansfeld lakes, about 14 kilometers southeast of Eisleben, in what is now the district of Mansfeld - South Harz in Saxony- Anhalt.

The lake is about 750 meters long and 400 meters wide. It is located in the district of Rollsdorf, a district of Seeburg. Coming from Sweet Lake which flows through it, the Salza on their way tions Saale.

The Bindersee was, together with the approximately one kilometer east past Kernersee, after extensive drying up and draining the salty lake from 1892 to 1894.
