Bioeffector

As Bioeffektoren living microorganisms as well as active ingredients from plants, plant residues and wastes are called that promote the growth, nutrient uptake and the resistance of crops to plant diseases and stress factors.

Bioeffektoren to improve the productivity and nutrient utilization of mineral fertilizers and make it available to the crop, bound in soil nutrients. Thus, the use of agro- chemicals is reduced and a sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural production is to be developed. According to the main action are bio- pesticides, bio-fertilizers and plant distinguished tonic.

Research

History of Research

The investigation of Bioeffektoren and their effect on the utilization of fertilizers as well as the utilization of fixed in the soil plant nutrients ranges at the Institute of Plant Nutrition, University of Hohenheim back to the 1990s and is in the publications by Horst Marschner, Volker Roemheld, Torsten Müller, Nikolaus laid down by Wirén, Günter Neumann, Markus Weinmann and employees.
