Bishop of Elmham
The diocese of Elmham (Latin: Dioecesis Helmamensis ) was a United Kingdom located in present-day Roman Catholic diocese based in North Elmham.
History
The diocese of Elmham was built in 673, together with the Diocese of Dunwich. It included parts of East Anglia. In the year 950 the bishopric of Elmham was dissolved and merged with the territory of the diocese of Dunwich.
The diocese of Elmham was the archbishopric of Canterbury, is a suffragan.
In 1969 the diocese of Elmham was rebuilt as a titular Elmhama.
