Blake Aldridge

Blake Aldridge (born 4 August 1982 London ) is a British diver and Klipspringer. In the water he starts jumping in the 10-meter platform diving. He is the former partner of Thomas Daley synchronous.

Aldridge took part in Beijing at the 2008 Olympic Games. Together with Daley he was m- sync competition eighth in 10. It came between Daley and him to battle. While Aldridge bothered the media hype about Daley, Daley complained that Aldridge telephoned between jumps. After Aldridge was involved in 2009 in a scuffle at a nightclub and doing so injured that he could not take part in the British Championships, the father of Thomas Daley called for a new partner for his son. Since then, the duo does not jump together. Aldridge also fell in the aftermath of scandals, trying now but conscientiously to focus on the water and jumping to qualify for the 2012 Olympics in his hometown.

The best individual result of Aldridge is an eighth place in the 10-meter platform diving at the Euroipameisterschaft 2009 in Turin.

1999 Aldridge was Junior World Champion. He is a multiple British Champion. In 2010 he was European champion in cliff jumping.
