The Blanche River is a right tributary of the Ottawa River in the northeast of the Canadian province of Ontario.

The Blanche River flows from Lake Sesekinika predominantly in a south-southeast direction through the Timiskaming District. Here it flows through the two lakes Kenogami Lake and Round Lake. He passed the places Swastika and Kruger village. It flows approximately 3 km north of Englehart past, where it receives the Englehart River on the right side. Finally, it flows into the north end of Lake Timiskaming. The Blanche River has a length of about 120 km.

Larger tributaries of the Blanche River are next to the Englehart River the Larder River and the Misema River, both from the left. The Ontario Highway 11 roughly follows the course of the Blanche River.
