Blind Witness

Blind Witness was a Canadian deathcore band from Granby, Québec. The band was founded in 2006 and dissolved in 2012.

History

The band was formed in 2006 by vocalist Jonathan Cabana. Together with some friends he occupied a short time later, the remaining items of the band. After some line-up changes, the band in 2007 by Torque Records, which in turn is managed by Victory Records, was taken under contract. The band soon released their debut album Silences Are Words. Following which was followed by several tours. In 2009, then followed the conclusion of the contract with Mediaskare Records. With this label, the band released the second album Nightmare on Providence Street in 2010.

This was followed by tours of the United States and Canada together with Despised Icon, Carnifex, The Acacia Strain, Beneath the Massacre, Suffokate and Sea of ​​Treachery. On August 12, 2012, the band played their last concert.

Style

The band plays typical Deathcore. The varied breakdowns and guttural vocals are very variable characteristic.
