Bob the Butler

Bob the Butler ( Bob the Butler) is a Canadian- British comedy film directed by Gary Sinyor from the year 2005.

Action

Bob Tree is looking away from his job after an alphabetical list of the professions. He enrolls in a butler school.

The secluded Anne Jamieson provides a Tree in care for their children Bates and Tess. She wants more time with her boyfriend Jacques, a Frenchman, spend. Tree befriends with the children. He is released after a few mishaps of Jamieson.

Jamieson discovers later, how much Tree has done for her children and asks him to return. She and her children to the ship to depart with the tree, but the ship is running out. On the way home, she later stopped at a gas station, where they meet the working there Tree. Jamieson kisses him.

The film ends with Jamieson, Tree and the kids eat as a family. You will be served by another butler.

The lexicon of international film wrote that the film was a " well-played, enjoyable family entertainment to a born loser who grows beyond itself ."

Scott Weinberg wrote on November 25, 2005 at www.dvdtalk.com, the script, " limping " at the " stupidity " of the " most warmed- type " ("The screenplay (...) is limp domestic stupidity of the most reheated fashion "). The child actors were " appalling". The film was one of the worst comedies that vineyard have ever seen. Children would deserve better than this "garbage" ( "garbage ").

Benjamin B. Smith was nominated in 2006 for the Young Artist Award.

Background

The movie was filmed in Aldergrove and Vancouver (both in British Columbia, Canada). It had its world premiere on March 10, 2005 at the Aspen Comedy Festival.
