Boraras merah
The gold spot Zwergbärbling ( Boraras merah ) is a small carp fish from the western and southern parts of Borneo.
Features
B. merah reached a size of 20 mm. It is characterized by an oval spot on the page, which is surrounded by a light pink hem. From this spot, a more or less pronounced pink stripe extends to the caudal fin.
Sex
Adult females are rundbäuchiger than males and often slightly larger. The males are usually more intensely colored.
