Boris Blank (musician)

Boris Leibovich Blank ( born January 15, 1952 in Bern ) is a Swiss musician and a founding member of the band Yello.

Life and career

Boris Blank Yello founded in the late 1970s along with Carlos Perón. Blank is the composer of Yello. He mainly deals with the instrumental part and is the creator of the typical Yello sound. He is also active as a composer of film music. His favorite synth is the Fairlight CMI.

Blank now lives in Zurich. He is married and has one daughter.
