The river valley at Caudiès -de- Fenouillèdes
The Boulzane is a river in France, which runs in the Languedoc- Roussillon region. It rises just north of Parc Naturel Régional Pyrénées Catalanes, in the municipality of Montfort -sur- Boulzane, drained initially in a northerly direction, reached the hamlet Lapradelle, community Puilaurens, a valley, which it follows to the east through the countryside of Fenouillèdes and ends after 34 kilometers in the municipality of Saint -Paul -de- Fenouillet as a right tributary to the aglycon, which immediately forms the gorge Clue de la Fou. On their way the Boulzane crosses the Aude and Pyrenees- Orientales.
