Brad Harris

Bradford Harris ( * July 16, 1933 in St. Anthony, Idaho) is an American bodybuilder and actor.

Life

In the early 1950s, Harris studied economics at UCLA and played in the college football team. However, he did not follow the family tradition and went instead to banking, to Hollywood, where he worked as a stuntman.

Career

End of the 1950s came Harris as a stunt coordinator to Europe and found not only in this capacity and as 2ndUnit director employment, but accepted the offer of a starring role in a Peplum - movie. Thanks to his good looks and impressive physique he remained many other genres in the film business, which he preferred action-packed substances ( eg first spy films, spaghetti westerns later, still later he tried a renaissance of sandals film to initiate ). So is his most famous role of Captain Rowland in the series of Commissioner -X films. On television, he starred in Derrick, Dallas and Falcon Crest episodes.

His filmography is crossed by a good number of obscure films that were often produced in exotic film Nations.

From 1967 on, he was married for several years with actress Olga Schoberová. From this marriage a child went forth.

After he already had his own production company (Three Star Pictures ), Harris was in later years the chairman of the Modern Body Design - A California Corporation.
