Bradley State Scenic Viewpoint

The Bradley State Scenic Viewpoint is a 7 -acre state park in the U.S. state of Oregon. The park is located 35 km east of Astoria in Clatsop County.

The park is a picnic area along Highway 30 It contains picnic benches and toilets. The park is covered with a Douglas fir forest and offers a panoramic view of the Columbia River and the Lewis and Clark National Wildlife Refuge.

History

Originally the site in 1921 by Frank Bradley and the heirs of the Clatsop County Elemar Bradley was paid. The park was in 1922 passed the Oregon Highway Commission and thus became one of the first state parks that served as campsites along the highways. A memorial stone in the park commemorates the donation.
