Branko Damljanović

Branko Damljanović (Serbian Бранко Дамљановић, born June 17, 1961 in Novi Sad ) is a Serbian chess master.

Damljanović 1979 Yugoslavian Youth Champion, 1981 FIDE awarded him the title of International Master, he was Grand Master in 1989. 1991 and 2001 ( shared 1st - 4th ), he won the Yugoslav Individual Championship. In 2006, he shared first and second place in the championship of Serbia - Montenegro and won the subsequent playoff in Kraljevo against Dejan Pikula with 2.5 to 1.5 ( 2, -1, = 1). During his career he won numerous tournament victories, the most significant one.
