Braxton Miller

Braxton Miller ( born November 30, 1992) is an American football player who currently plays for the Ohio State Buckeyes. He has worked on the position of quarterbacks.

Life

Before his first year of high school, he moved from Springfield ( Ohio) according to Huber Heights (Ohio ) to. He went there to Wayne High School.

Miller had his first day at Ohio State University on 2 June 2010 He also scholarships from the following universities were offered. University of Alabama, University of Cincinnati, University of Florida, University of Georgia, University of Illinois, University of Kentucky, University of Michigan, University of North Carolina, University of Notre Dame, University of Tennessee, University of Southern California, University of West Virginia and University of Wisconsin. There was a rumor that Miller's friend Trey DePriest, a 5-star player, would also go to the Ohio State University.

Sporting career

In his first season, Miller was the replacement quarterback behind Joe Bauserman, but he played in the first game of the regular season against the University of Akron. In the second game against the University of Toledo, he was not on the field, because the coach Luke Fickell had so decided. In the third game he played very little against the University of Miami.

For the game against the University of Colorado Miller was appointed starting quarterback. This game was one of the best performances of his young career, he threw two touchdown passes and ran 83 yards. His second start was not very successful, the Buckeyes lost 10-7 against the Michigan State Spartans. He completed just 5 of 10 passes for only 56 yards, and he threw an interception. In addition, Miller was several times " sacked " for -27 yards. In the next game against Nebraska Miller suffered an ankle injury and he had to get out in the third quarter.

When the Buckeyes against No. 15 Wisconsin played, Miller threw a last-minute 40 - yard touchdown for the win. He finished his season with 11 passing and seven rushing touchdowns and 1692 total yards.
