Brian Crowley

Brian Crowley (Irish Brian Mac Amhlaidh, born March 4, 1964 in Dublin) is an Irish politician and Member of Parliament for the electoral district of southern Ireland for Fianna Fáil, as a member of the Union for a Europe of Nations.

Crowley was born in 1964 in Dublin as one of six children of Irish politician Florence Crowley and grew up in Bandon, County Cork. He studied law at University College Cork, where he received his diploma in 1993. From 1993 to 1944 he was a Senator in Seanad Éireann and government spokesman for Justice, Equality and Law Reform. July 1994 he was first elected to the European Parliament and subsequently went on 31 August from his position as a senator back. Crowley is a member of the European Parliament without a break until today. 1997 to 2004, Crowley was a member of the Irish Council of State.

Crowley is co-chairman of his faction.
