The Brilliance BS2 or FRV Brilliance ( Hatchback ) and FSV ( notchback ) is a passenger car model from the Chinese manufacturer Brilliance China compact car. In Europe the first time on 13 September 2007, a production-based prototype at the 62nd IAA in Frankfurt am Main was presented.
Technology
A new development of Brilliance is the platform upon which the BS2. The only previously announced engine is a 1.6 - liter petrol engine from the licensed production by Mitsubishi with 79 kW (108 hp) with a torque of 138 dar. Model versions in Egypt
As Brilliance Splendor FRV, the model is also in the Egyptian Bavarian Auto Manufacturing Company, a company of the German Bayerische Motoren Werke AG manufactured. The FRV is produced only in a 1.6 -liter version, which corresponds to the Euro III emission standard and has an output of 74.2 kW.

The FSV is available with three different engine notchback variant. The two entry-level models 1.5 GL and 1.5 GLS are powered by a 1.5 - liter DOHC 16V engine with 75 kW.
