Brinker International, Inc. is the parent company of Chili's, On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, Maggiano 's Little Italy, and Romano's Macaroni Grill '.

History

Brinker International, Inc. was founded in 1975 as Chili's. It was bought by restaurateur Norman E. Brinker in 1983 and therefore was renamed in 1990 in Brinker International. Currently has Brinker International, together with franchisees, more than 1,700 restaurants in 27 countries. Revenues amounted in 2007 to more than 4 billion dollars. Based in Dallas, Texas Brinker International is one of the largest employers in the Dallas -Fort Worth.
