The hydropower plant Brisay (French Centrale Brisay ) is a storage power plant in the Canadian province of Québec. It is located in the region Jamesie on Caniapiscau Reservoir, more precisely at the outflow of Rivière Caniapiscau.

The power plant is part of the James Bay hydroelectric project and has two Kaplan turbines. The installed capacity of generators is 469 MW, the drop height of 37.5 meters. Operators of the power plant is the Société d' énergie de la Baie James, a subsidiary of the state-owned power utility Hydro-Québec.

The reservoir existed since 1984 and initially served as a reservoir for further downstream location installations. Construction on the power plant Brisay began in 1990, the plant was commissioned in 1993. Was named after Jacques -René de Brisay, Governor General of New France from 1685 to 1689. Built up is the power plant by the trunk road route Transtaïga.
