British Association screw threads

The British Association Screw thread is a standard for threads, which are common in the UK.

The BA thread supplement the Whitworth thread for screws with a diameter of less than one quarter of an inch. The flank angle is 47.5 degrees and the outer diameter and the thread pitch are given in millimeters ( instead of an inch).
