Brokencyde

Brokencyde is a band from Albuquerque, New Mexico. They play Crunkcore, a mix of rap and dance music mixed with Screaming. The band consists of founding members Se7en and Mik L and from Phat J and Antz. Your mascot is the pink pig Bree.

History

Brokencyde was founded by school friends Se7en and Mik L in 2006, whereupon Phat J and Antz came to. The band name Brokencyde is composed of the words " broke" and " inside". Their debut album, " The Broken " was released in 2007., The independent label Suburban Noize took the band in 2008 under contract, and published under the sublabel Break Silence EP "BC 13". With the second album "I'm Not a Fan But the Kids Like It" them succeeded in entering the U.S. album charts. On October 19, 2012 PhatJ announced that he is leaving the band. He explained his decision that he wants to push his solo career.
