București Mall

Bucharest Mall (also Vitan Mall ) is a shopping mall in Bucharest, Romania.

It is located on the Vitan, near the district Dudeşti Vacaresti and about 1 km outside the historic center of Bucharest. The four-story, 50,000 m² shopping center was opened in September 1999. At the time of its completion, it was the first shopping center in Romania.

The total built area is currently around 90,000 m² and 38,000 m² of retail space hosts over 110 shops and a variety of opportunities for leisure, entertainment and shopping under one roof. In addition to a multi-screen cinema located in the building complex, a bowling Zenter, casino, several cafes and a restaurant with artificial ice rink. The construction costs amounted to 57 million euros. In 2003, the adjacent car park has been expanded. Approximately 2,000 parking spaces are available for visitors.
