Burnham (crater)

Burnham is an impact crater on the lunar front side, southeast of the crater Albategnius and northeast of bird. The crater wall is interrupted and consists of two irregularly shaped components. The interior is uneven.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the American astronomer Sherburne Wesley Burnham.
