The Bush property, originally Walker's Point, the summer home of 41st President of the United States George HW Bush. It is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean in the south of the state of Maine, near the town of Kennebunkport. The plot is more than a century retreat for the family.

The property was purchased by George H. Walker, a banker from St. Louis in the late 19th century; who built the villa in 1903. He later sold the property to his daughter Dorothy Walker Bush and her husband Prescott Bush, since it belongs to the Bush family.

Their son, former President George HW Bush spent much of his childhood and later inherited the property from his parents. Bush spent together with his wife Barbara and their children George, Jeb, Marvin, Neil, Dorothy and Robin most of the summer on the property, weddings, holidays, and receptions were celebrated there. Former President George W. Bush visited the estate in Kennebunkport with his family on a regular basis, in 2007 he received here Russia's President Vladimir Putin and French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

The property is situated on a promontory into the Atlantic, called Walker 's Point. The main house is in the " shingle style " ' (English: shingle style), a variant of the Queen Anne Styles executed. It has nine bedrooms, four living room, an office, a library, a dining room and a kitchen. Besides the main house there is a garage for four cars, a swimming pool, and boat and guest house.

At the entrance to the property there is a gate, which is guarded by the Secret Service.
