BYD M6

The BYD M6 is a van by the Chinese manufacturer BYD Auto.

The introduced the first van manufacturer 2010 Vehicle had been two years earlier presented at various auto shows. Visually, the model is very similar to the Toyota Previa, but the extent soft throughout easily. The BYD M6 is currently available only in Asia.

Equipment

There are three design and equipment lines are available: Comfort, Luxury and Premium.

All models are equipped with a CD player, air conditioning, keyless go the comparable, keyless start system and a speed-sensitive automatic door locking system. The premium cars in addition to the existing front airbags on all models and side curtain airbags.

A special feature in this price category represents the 360 -degree video security system included in the Premium and Luxury versions, which maps the vehicle environment on an 8 -inch color monitor.

Specifications

For the BYD M6 since 2013, three engine variants are available:

• A two-liter petrol engine ( BYD - house development) with 103 kW,
• A 2.4 - liter petrol engine with 123 kW ( BYD ) and
• A 2.4 -liter petrol engine ( Mitsubishi) with 118 kW.

In this case a manual 5 -speed transmission ( BYD ) and developed by Mitsubishi Tiptronic automatic transmission will be offered. Standard specification included an acquired Bosch anti-lock brakes with electronic brake- force distribution.
