CACI

CACI International, Inc. is a private U.S. military company with headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. The company was founded in 1962 as California Analysis Center, Inc., in 1967 renamed Consolidated Analysis Centers, Inc. and 1973 in CACI, Inc., before it received its current name in 1985.

CACI International, Inc. was founded by Herb Karr and Harry M. Markowitz, to market the simulation programming language SIMSCRIPT. The company is divided into two business areas: CACI Federal, is responsible for business with the public sector in the U.S., while CACI, Ltd.. Offers consumer and market studies in the UK, for example, ACORN. The main business areas are:

  • Engineering and logistics services
  • Knowledge Management
  • Operation of computer networks and consulting in outsourcing measures
  • Enterprise application integration
