Cádiz CF

Cádiz Club de Fútbol (German FC Cádiz ) is a Spanish football club based in Cádiz in Andalusia. The club was founded in 1910 by José Rivera y Lora and increased after the 2005/06 season in the Spanish top flight, the Primera División, from. The club colors are yellow and blue.

Cádiz CF organized every year in mid-August held Tournament Trofeo Ramón de Carranza. The Cup and the stadium bearing the name of the former mayor of the city of Cádiz. Stadium

The stadium Ramón de Carranza was built from May 1954 to August 1955 and has a capacity of 22,000 seats. It was named after a former mayor of Cádiz. Inaugurated on September 3, 1955 with a match between Cádiz and Barcelona, which won the team from Catalonia 4-0. 2005, a part of the stadium has been modernized and equipped with additional seating capacity.

In November 2006, the last part of the old grandstand was torn. However, this made disputes between club, city, sponsors and government on the financing of the new grandstand. Meanwhile, these problems are solved, however. The stadium currently has a capacity of 19,100 spectators.
