The Campanile Basso ( 2883 m slm ), especially in German-speaking countries often ( Italian for " guglia " needle ) Guglia di Brenta called, is a towering crag of the central Brenta massif. It is located in the connecting ridge between Cima Brenta Alta ( 2960 m slm ) and Torre di Brenta ( 3014 m slm ), separated by the two nicks Bocchetta di Campanile Alto in the north and the Bocchetta di Campanile Basso in the south. The via ferrata via delle Bocchette Centrali crosses the east wall and connects the two nicks. The Campanile Basso is the most famous climbing peaks of the Brenta group. As a starting point for ascents serve the surrounding huts Rifugio Pedrotti, Rifugio Brentei and Rifugio Alimonta.
