Campbellton (New Brunswick)

Campbellton is a city in Restigouche, New Brunswick, Canada. It lies in the northwest of the province at the confluence of Chaleur Bay and Matapédia.

History

Campbellton was originally Atholville, but was 1837 in Campbellton, after Hospitalières de Saint -Joseph, renamed.
