Canterra Tower

Canterra Tower (also: Devon Tower ) is a tall office building in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building is located on 400 3rd Avenue Southwest and reaches a height of 177 meters and has 45 floors. The building was completed in 1988 and designed by WZMH Architects in the postmodern style.

The building is operated by the real estate firm Oxford Properties Group. The largest tenants in the building are Devon Canada, an energy company, and Rose Canada LLP, one of Canada's largest law firms. In addition, other companies have rented office space.
