Capital (newspaper)

Capital ( Капитал Bulgarian, German transcription: Capital ) is an influential Bulgarian economic and political weekly.

The editorial represents a liberal course: the state should intervene less and the economy give more clearance. As the daily Dnevnik, the newspaper Capital is published by the Economedia based in Sofia.

The German publishing group Georg von Holtzbrinck (including Handelsblatt ) held a 50 percent share of the Economedia, but bought the Bulgarian owner of the Economedia these shares in November 2007.
