Action

Martin Harvey inherits an old sailboat that Clark Gable was one once. To sell the boat in Miami, it needs to be transferred from the Caribbean. Since Martin has always dreamed of times of a great adventure, he persuades his wife and two children, the boat to perform together.

The sail boat proves locally as ailing Kahn. And the hired captain, just that eponymous Captain Ron, is equipped with as much confidence as incompetence. And even if one can call the journey of the five to be very adventurous, Martin is disappointed. Only when he reached the port of Miami with his family, he realizes that that was exactly what he always wanted.

After Captain Ron has left the boat, turn to the Harveys and sail out to sea again.

Rita Kempley mocked in the Washington Post of 21 September 1992, in a "just universe " would be based in the vicinity of the Bermuda Triangle movie " gone in a different dimension." He was one of the most miserable comedies of the year and use neither the talents of Martin Short nor the " sensuality " of Kurt Russell.
