Carien Kleibeuker

Carien Kleibeuker ( born March 12, 1978) is a Dutch speed skater.

Carien Kleibeuker is a specialist in long distance. In the World Cup it was first used in November 1999 in Heerenveen. Until the 2005/06 season it was used only sporadically. Since it takes up only on the routes over 3000 and 5000 meters, her performances at international level still manageable. Her best was yet an eighth place over 3000 meters on their home track in Heerenveen. At the World Championships in 2000 in Nagano, it was over 5000 meters in a victory of Gunda Niemann- Stirnemann fourth. At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, she was on long-haul tithe. In 2005, she was the 5000 meters and Dutch champion and won through against, among others Renate Groenewold and Gretha Smit by.
