Carlos Ayala Vargas

Carlos de la Cruz Vargas Ayala ( born April 2, 1980 in Esplugues de Llobregat, Catalonia ) is a Spanish politician, founding member and from 2006 to 2010, the first leader of the Partido Pirata ( PIRATA ), the local Pirate Party.

Ayala studied at the University Carlos III. He lives in Ulea, Murcia, where do the party headquarters of the PIRATA today.
