Carolena Carstens

Carolena Carstens ( born January 18, 1996 Glen Ellyn, Illinois ) is a Panamanian Taekwondoin. It starts in the weight category up to 49 kilograms.

Carstens was already four years old on kickboxing for Taekwondo. It has the U.S. and Panamanian citizenship and trained under Eric Laurin in Jacksonville. Your first international competitions denied Carstens in 2011. At the Junior Pan Championships in Las Vegas, she reached the finals and won the silver medal in the adult area, she pulled at the World Championships in Gyeongju surprisingly the quarter- finals, where they lost against Rukiye Yıldırım.
