Carolena Carstens

Carolena Carstens ( born January 18, 1996 Glen Ellyn, Illinois ) is a Panamanian Taekwondoin. It starts in the weight category up to 49 kilograms.

Carstens was already four years old on kickboxing for Taekwondo. It has the U.S. and Panamanian citizenship and trained under Eric Laurin in Jacksonville. Your first international competitions denied Carstens in 2011.
