Caroline Bauer

Karoline Bauer ( born March 29, 1807 in Heidelberg, † October 18, 1877 in Kilchberg near Zurich ) was a German actress of the Biedermeier period.

Life

After the death of her father, who fell as captain of Aspern, they settled down in 1814 with her family in Karlsruhe. Her debut as a pianist she successfully completed in 1820 in the Museum hall to mark the D minor concerto by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The music neglected farmhouse in favor of the theater. She took acting classes with Mlle Demmer, a student of August Wilhelm Iffland.
