Carolyn Jeanne Bessette - Kennedy ( January 7, 1966 in White Plains, New York as Carolyn Jeanne Bessette, † 16 July 1999 in near Martha 's Vineyard, Massachusetts ) was the wife of U.S. lawyers and publisher John F. Kennedy jr.

Born as a daughter of William J.
