Reviews

  • Markus Ostertag wrote on moviemaze.de: The history and the basic idea behind it know how to please. [ ..] But unfortunately, makes this aspect alone does not make a good movie. Not have the appropriate characters and a witty and crisp told story, so you can not save over a period of almost 90 minutes even such a good idea. [ ..] The characters are superficial and do not develop significantly over the course of the story further. [ ..] Kids will surely love this because they can identify with it a bit far, but easy for adults missing here that certain something.
  • Reinhard Bradatsch wrote on allesfilm.com: With sayings like " this flea bag now goes determines the nozzle " ( the German synchronization has again done a great job ) you are finally even inclined to the stereotypical allusions to Russian fighting machines and Chinese animal parliamentarians, human rights trample something positive. But author John Requas ' ironic blade is dulled and, if at all, only lethargic in action. The hard work you prefer to leave the animators and computer designers. Conclusion: Instead of clever dialogue 's cold Action off the assembly line.
  • The mirror: Between dogs and cats kindled a high-tech battle for supremacy. So far, so cute, but that from Real Film, Animal Dolls tricks and CGI effects -consuming composite comedy [ ..] verhackstückt even the most successful gags to a Handlungspampe, which can also refer to the animal lover just as celluloid dog food.
  • Encyclopedia of the International film: Turbulent cartoon adventure with parodic bonds at current agent and action movies. Largely moving in the course of typical family films, the film suggests entirely on the side of the dog, its charm lies mainly in the per animal training, puppetry and computer animation appealing animated four-legged friends.
