Caudal Deportivo

Caudal Deportivo is a Spanish football club from Mieres in Asturias. The club formed in 1918 playing in the 2011/12 season in the Tercera División, Group II

History

In 1918 Caudal Deportivo was founded. The Asturian played almost their entire history in the Tercera División club, the first third, and later to the founding of the Segunda División B fourth league of Spain. For the first time in the season 1951/52, the Asturian played in the Segunda División, the second division spanish football league. After seven years followed as the 31st of 36 teams in the relegation to the Tercera División. Since then never get back to return to professional football. Even if it was a long time in the 3rd league to play even now in the fourth Spanish league.

Stadium

Caudal Deportivo plays at the Estadio Hermanos Antuña, which has a capacity of 7,500 spectators and was built División in 1951 after reaching the Segunda. The record number of audience stood at 5,834 in a game against the Asturian traditional club Real Oviedo.
