Celly Cel
Marcellus McCarver (* in Vallejo, California ), better known as Celly Cel, is an American rapper and hip hop producer. His music can be classified in the West Coast rap and gangsta rap category.
Career
Celly Cel began in the early 90s with his friend E-40, who lived at that time near to rap. A few years later Celly Cel was signed with the label Sick Wid it Records. In 1994, he released his first album nationwide. His first video Hot Sunny Day, was in prime time at BET broadcast. His next album, which he published in 1996, was his greatest commercial success. The phonogram contains the song It's goin 'down which quickly became a classic. For this song, a video was shot, this was again even at BET broadcast.
