Cemil Tosun

Cemil Tosun (born 6 February 1987 in Vienna) is an Austrian footballer of Turkish descent. He is the cousin of the Turkish football national player Turgay Bahadir. His brother Cem Tosun is also a professional footballer.

Career

He plays as a defensive midfielder in the amateur team of SK Rapid Wien in the Regional League East. In summer 2005, he coached at times, with the first team from Rapid Vienna, but was not included in the senior squad of the Austrian Bundesliga. In August 2005, Tosun played in the Champions League qualifier against F91 Dudelange his only play in the first team of Rapid Vienna. Since May 2008, the defender plays on loan for a year at DSV Leoben in the first division. After relegation, the Styrian he moved to Slovakia to the DAC Dunajská Streda.

He played in the Under-19 national team of Austria and is also currently in the squad of the U20 national team.
