Centennial Place (Calgary)

Centennial Place is a building complex consisting of two office buildings in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The buildings were named in honor of Alberta's centennial ( Centennial year). The complex has a five-story parking garage with 793 parking spaces. The office space comprises 110,000 m². The buildings were completed in 2010 for the Oxford Property Group. Centennial I reached a roof height of 165 meters, with the antennas 182 meters. Centennial II reaches a height of 100 or 117 meters.

Inside the buildings, several companies have rented office space, including Vermillion Resources, Borden Ladner Gervais, Divestco, Baytex Energy, ERCB, Murphy Oil, The Alberta Securities Commission, Spencer Stuart and OMERS Worldwide.
