Challenger Tractor

Challenger is a brand of AGCO Corporation and was formed in 2001 through the acquisition of the tractor range of Caterpillar Inc. The acquisition closed the business a crawler tractors. AGCO supplemented the model range combines, balers and conventional tractors. Under the brand names AGCO Challenger now offers a wide range of agricultural implements.

Likelihood of confusion

Claas 2001 is received with Caterpillar Inc., a joint venture for the production and marketing of combine harvesters. These make use not of the same color, but are offered under the product name Lexion.
