Chanteloup-les-Vignes
Chanteloup -les -Vignes is a commune with 9614 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the region of Ile- de -France in the department of Yvelines. Its inhabitants are called Chantelouvais.
Geography
Part of the resort is surrounded by the Forêt de l' Hautil. The town lies on the railway line between Paris and Mantes.
History
Part of the film La Haine ( Hate ) by Mathieu Kassovitz was filmed at the Cité de Noé, which is located in Chanteloup -les -Vignes.
