Charlayne Woodard
Charlayne Woodard ( born December 29, 1953 in Albany, New York ) is an American actress.
Career
Woodard was trained at the Goodman School of Drama in Chicago. In 1978 she was Best Actress for the Broadway musical Is not Misbehavin ' nominated for a Tony Award in the category. For her performance in the Canadian film Hard Feelings (1982 ) she was nominated for a Genie Award.
Since 1991 she is married to lawyer Michael Alan Harris.
