Charles de Tornaco

Charles de Tornaco ( born June 7, 1927 in Brussels, † September 18, 1953 in Modena, Italy) was a Belgian Formula 1 racing driver and the son of Raymond de Tornaco.

De Tornaco was reported for Grand Prix with the team Ecurie Francorchamps in the 1952 and 1953 seasons with a Ferrari 500. He started at the Belgian Grand Prix and the Grand Prix of the Netherlands in 1952. The race in Belgium was the only one in which he finished, so was the seventh place his best finish in a World Championship race.

On September 18, 1953 de Tornaco died in an accident for training the not for the World Cup scoring Modena Grand Prix at the Aerautodromo di Modena.
