Charles Frodsham ( born April 15, 1810 in London, † 1871) was an English chronometer maker.

Already in 1830 he filed a marine chronometer for consideration in the Royal Greenwich Observatory and scored a second price. Since 1834 Frodsham was a member of the Royal Society. He took over the company in 1843 John Arnold & Co, London.

A clock by Frodsham was the official timekeeper at the foundation of Australia in 1788 by the British. The clock can be visited at the Royal Observatory in Sydney.
