Charles I, Duke of Mecklenburg

Charles I, Duke of Mecklenburg [- Güstrow ] ( born December 28, 1540 in Neustadt, † July 22, 1610 in Güstrow ), was reigning Duke of Mecklenburg in the part of the country Mecklenburg- Güstrow.

He was the youngest son of Duke Albrecht VII In the years 1564 to 1610 was Karl administrator of the Knights of St. John Mirow.
