Charles Mesure
Charles Mesure ( born August 12, 1970 in Somerset, England, UK when Charles William David Mesure ) is a New Zealand actor.
Life
At the age of five his family moved with him to Sydney, Australia. Mesure attended from 1982 to 1987, The Newington College, and in 1995 the National Institute of Dramatic Art with a degree in Acting.
A year later he moved to New Zealand where he quickly landed several acting roles. In 1998 he was nominated for his performance as Ryan Waters in the New Zealand soap opera City Life for a Best Actor New Zealand Television Award. In 2003, he won the award for Best Supporting Actor for the role as Kees Van Damm in the drama series Street Legal. Mesure is internationally primarily through his role as Kyle Hobbes in the series V - known visitors. He also played the Archangel Michael in the TV series Hercules and Xena - Warrior Princess.
In 2010, he played Alex Ross, the main character in the television series This Is Not My Life. In autumn of 2011 he was seen in the role of Ben Faulkner in the eighth and final season of the series Desperate Housewives.
