Charles Wels

Charles Wels ( born August 24, 1825 Prague, † May 9, 1906 in Bronx, New York) was an American composer.

Catfish studied with Vaclav Tomasek January Křtitel in Prague and lived since 1849 as a pianist, organist and teacher in New York.

He composed an orchestral suite, an overture, a piano concerto, five fairs, polyphonic songs and numerous apparently specific for lessons easy piano pieces.
